I like it very much
It is the second time I take them and I do very well. They have a bitter aftertaste and are very large, I find it hard to swallow them. I have to break them in four.

Good product
I bought this magnesium to try and I was surprised how well it works. I rest better at night and it helps my joints. The only thing I don't like is the size of the pills, they are huge, I break them in half, but still sometimes they are hard to swallow.
Compré este magnesio para probar y me ha sorprendido lo que bien que funciona. Descanso mejor por la noche y ayuda a las articulaciones. Lo único que no me gusta, es el tamaño de las pastillas, son enormes, yo las parto por la mitad, pero aun así a veces me cuestan de tragar.
