I am taking magnesium at night to help me sleep and it is giving me very good results. I take 2 grams an hour before going to bed and I have a deep and restful sleep. I highly recommend this product for its quality and price.

It is a very good product, and fulfills its function perfectly. If I had to put a downside is that they are somewhat difficult to treat, not so much for its size, if not for the little rounded edges, which tend to scratch the throat.

Best magnesium if you don't need it for relaxation or sleep
Very good magnesium, in my opinion the best formula if you do not want it for relaxation or sleep (in that case it is better to take Bisglycinate). Like all Magnesium Citrates, you have to control that the dose does not produce laxative effects. Very good value for money, like all HSN products.
Muy buen magnesio, en mi opinion la mejor formula si no lo quieres para relajacion o dormir ( en ese caso mejor tomar Bisglicinato).
Como todos los Citratos de Magnesio, hay que controlar que la dosis no te produzca efectos laxantes.
