Magnesium citrate is very effective in controlling constipation. I also use it for cramps and osteoarthritis. I find the tablets a bit large to swallow, but it is bearable.

Excellent form of magnesium citrate and just the right amount of micronutrient. A little difficult to swallow, I often have to chew them, but the flavor is neutral, so no problem.
