I bought it because I suffer from constipation and it works better than other magnesiums for this problem. The only downside is that the tablets are large and it is more difficult to take than bisglycinate, for example.

They are very large but can be split well. I seem to remember that you have to take six to get the daily dose but this allows you to adjust the dose if you already take foods with magnesium and only want to supplement in part.
Son muy grandes pero se pueden partir bien. Creo recordar que hay que tomar seis para conseguir la dosis diaria pero así te permite ajustar la dosis por si ya tomas alimentos con magnesio y solo quieres suplementar en parte.
