Good
I don't know if it is the effect of the magnesium or placebo, but after several weeks of taking it I had a better energy level.

Excellent
I bought it because I had a lot of muscle cramps and the truth is that it took them away super fast. It has also been very good for me when it comes to rest. Highly recommended.

Magnesium citrate
It is the first time I use magnesium from this house, but guided by the good experiences I have with other products tested and the good value for money, I have encouraged me to try it. What I like the least is the size of the capsules that are quite difficult to swallow. But otherwise it fulfills its function very well.

The capsules are too large for my taste.
The product is very good and fulfills its function. The only downside is that the capsule is large to swallow.

Effectiveness and practicality at a very good price
Surprised with this product that helps me in muscle recovery and to improve blood pressure levels in my case. Magnesium is a very deficient mineral in our society and is considered a basic supplement.

Large and rough capsules
The product works well but the large size of the capsules and their roughness makes them difficult to swallow.
