Good
I take extra magnesium for menopause, it helps a lot but alone it is not significant, you have to accompany it with other products. But for me it is enough and it is already the second time I buy it.

Good product
Excellent composition, quality and quantity. The tablet presentation comes with a size that may be difficult to swallow for some people. I have chosen to split it in two to make it easier to take. It can be easily broken.

Very good
The tablets are a little big, but they can be easily broken. I would make them half the size. They do not have an unpleasant taste and can be sprayed to dilute them.

I feel much less tired
The truth is that I feel more active when I take it. Otherwise, at 11 o'clock at night I'm a wreck. A few days without taking it and I'm back to the same thing.
