Better digestion, hair, nails and skin
I supplement it with collagen complex and I really like the results. It helps me to improve digestion and intestinal transit and enhances the effect of collagen. It is also very good value for money.

Good product
It fulfills its function. The tablet is too big but you can split it to swallow it more easily.

Delighted with the product
Since I've tried it, I haven't stopped taking it, both the presentation and the size seem very good to me. It helps me to be able to improve my quality of sleep as well.

Great value for money. I've bought it several times and it's good for preventing cramps. You can see the difference in your muscles.

Large tablets
The product fulfills its function, but in my opinion the tablets are too large in size, which complicates their ingestion.

Satisfied
This is the second time I have bought it. I have been taking it for two months along with slow release melatonin and it has improved my sleep. The only downside is that the pill is huge and I have to split it to swallow it.

Essential
I have been taking it for about two years now, at half the daily dose. I used to suffer from migraines often, and since I have been taking it, they have practically disappeared.
