The presentation and price are very competitive with similar supplements from other brands. I see it very useful to include it in people who have vitamin D deficiency because magnesium is necessary for its proper absorption. It is also a mineral deficient in a large part of the population which causes different problems in people's health, so I recommend supplementation in those who have a deficit, although what really should be done is to adjust the diet so that this does not happen, but an easier way to remedy the problem is supplementing.

Lo veo muy útil incluirlo en personas que tienen déficit de vitamina D ya que el magnesio es necesario para su correcta absorción. Además es un mineral deficitario en gran parte de la población lo que supone diferentes problemas en la salud de las personas, por ello recomiendo su suplementación en aquellas personas que tengan déficit, aunque realmente lo que se debería es ajustar la dieta para que esto no ocurra, pero una forma más fácil de subsanar el problema es suplementándose.

About the magnesium itself, I have no complaints. I have been taking other types of magnesium for a long time and I have never found a pill so large and so difficult to swallow. I tried breaking it in half and the edges bothered me when I swallowed. Come on, it's horrible, sorry. They need to reduce it in size and make it smoother so it slides better.
Del magnesio en sí, no me quejo. Llevo tomando otros tipos de magnesio hace tiempo y nunca me había encontrado una pastilla tan grande y tan difícil de tragar. Probé a partirla por la mitad y los bordes me molestaban al tragar. Vamos, que es horrible, lo siento. Tienen que reducirla de tamaño y hacerla más lisa para que resbale mejor.

I don't understand why some people complain about its size.
The tablets are perfectly treatable and I usually split the 1g Paracetamol gun. With these tablets I have never had any problems treating them whole.
