Perfect
ideal for muscle recovery without having to take effervescents. may cause some stomach upset if taken without food.

Magnesium citrate
Good option to take magnesium
I have taken it in this format for a long time, although I finally switched to powder, which is more economical, to combine it in shakes. However, in capsules it is very convenient and ideal to take when you are away from home.

Magnesium citrate
Another must-have.
I've been taking it for a while now and everything is fine, so you make sure you are getting enough magnesium. That's all.

Magnesium citrate
Very good product
Easy to take although the pills are a bit big. I have tried it in powder form and I like this presentation better. I never run out. I will continue to buy it.
