Slightly large tablets
Practical for overcoming cramps, but the tablets are large and dry, so use plenty of water.

Magnesium citrate
Assessing its effectiveness
Well, I bought it because of its multiple benefits related to rest, improve inflammation, recovery, regulate intestinal transit, and that kind of things that many people suffer at this point, and the truth is that so far, after almost a week taking it, I have noticed something, although it is likely that the "placebo" factor has also done a little of his own. As I say, too soon to evaluate its effectiveness, but for now, good sensations. I got it on sale at a very good price, so if you try it, you don't lose anything.
