I love it

I get less exhausted

I feel like I get less exhausted during training and stay better hydrated than with just water. Since it's a little bitter the orange flavor I think it goes great with it, although some people don't like it.

Siento que me agoto menos durante el entrenamiento y me mantengo mejor hidratado que con solo agua. Como es un poco amargo el sabor de naranja creo que le va genial, aunque hay gente a quien no le gusta.
