Essential for training on an empty stomach.
I took them so I could have something to drink when I train first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. The orange flavor is great, like drinking a glass of juice, which I love, but with the benefits of this product. It is very noticeable in muscle recovery and maintenance during and after training.
