Great to supplement in the morning, with breakfast, extra micronutrients.

Ultimate multi for men's Care
Quality in exchange for bad odor
I have been using them for almost a year now and I am very happy. All the vitamin levels are great in the analysis. The biggest drawback is the smell they give off.

Better than most I have tried
I have tried several vitamin complexes and in my opinion this one surpasses them by far, both in composition and price. I have been taking it for five months. My intention is to maintain it over time and as long as my blood tests show correct values.

Necessary at certain times
Every now and then when I feel very tired, I add a multivitamin, as a vitamin supplement is necessary at certain times. I have tried it several times and I feel less tired and more energetic.

Ultimate multi for men's Care
Very complete
It covers my vitamin needs with only one tablet, it is good as a reinforcement in times when we eat worse. Drastically changes the color of the urine, do not panic.
