I think the composition is good. It contains everything and you only have to take one tablet a day and not several doses. I only gave 4 stars for quality price because of the smell, I don't know if that can be changed or not. The tablet is easy to swallow.

Ich finde die Zusammensetzung gut . Ist alles drin und man muss nur eine Tablette nehmen am Tag und nicht von verschiedenen Dosen mehrere. Ich habe bei Qualität Preis nur 4 Sterne gegeben wegen dem Geruch, ich weiss nicht ob das geändert werden kann oder nicht. Tablette ich gut zu schlucken.

I switched to this multivitamin because it has a higher % content of essential elements for a man compared to the generic ones. For the time being, it fulfills its mission, but we will have to evaluate its effects in the long term.

Intense flavor

I think the bottle is too big for the amount of capsules it has, 30. And the taste and smell is intense and not very pleasant. But hey, as long as it works great.

It has a higher concentration of vitamins than normal multivitamins and the price is not much higher. For when you have some deficit and temporarily it is quite good.
