Efficient for travel

I usually take my vitamins 1 by 1 but when I travel this complex is rather well dosed and with good form, effective to bring a single pot of vitamin.

D'habitude je prend mes vitamines 1 par 1 mais quand je voyage ce complexe est plutot bien dosé et avec de bonnes forme, efficace pour apporter un seul pot de vitamine

Vitamins.

A top product for men. in my case it gives me more than enough of what i need. together with omega 3, it is a daily essential. the best thing, it has a brutal dose of vitamin D.

Great multivitamin

The multivitamin is very good for the composition of vitamins and also some minerals. The only thing is that it does not come in capsule format and it has an unpleasant smell.

De façon journalière ou quelques fois dans la semaine toujours utile d'apporter ce dont le corps a besoin, cependant attention certaines vitamines ne doivent pas être pris en excès, c'est pour cela que je préfère les utiliser lors des journées pauvres en repas nutritifs ou un catabolisme intense qui puisent dans nos réserves.

Improvable

I personally did not like them. The smell is unpleasant, even with the bottle closed you can notice it. The urine comes out more yellow. And I feel that it repeats a little, something that does not happen to me with other supplements.

A mi personalmente no me han gustado. El olor es desagradable, incluso con el bote cerrado se nota. La orina sale más amarilla. Y siento que se me repite un poco, cosa que no me pasa con otros suplementos.
