Complete multivitamin

It seems to me a very complete product for periods when you need an extra supply of vitamins, such as seasonal changes, etc.. The pills are quite large and cost a little to swallow, although with some liquid I have not had a problem.

Me parece un producto muy completo para periodos en los que se necesita un aporte extra de vitaminas, como en cambios de estación, etc. Las pastillas son bastante grandes y cueste un poco ingerirlas, aunque con algo de líquido no he tenido problema.

Good multivitamin to take all year round for older people and even more so in these times when we need to protect our immune system against the aggressions we are receiving. Very good choice of 240 tablets but I would decrease the size.

A good complement to my diet

HSN gave it to me in my order for exceeding a certain amount and I started taking it. It is easy to take because it is only one pill a day and also, precisely because it is a pill and not powder, it is easy to carry it in case we are out. The pill is more or less big but it is easy to swallow. The composition allows to mitigate certain deficiencies of vitamins that could have our diet.

HSN me lo regaló en mi pedido por superar un determinado importe y comencé a tomarlo. Es fácil de tomar porque es sólo una pastilla al día y además, precisamente por ser pastilla y no polvos, es sencillo transportarlo en el caso de que estemos fuera. La pastilla es más o menos grande pero se traga bien. La composicion permite mitigar determinadas carencias de vitaminas que pudiera tener nuestra dieta.
