Great for covering basic micronutrients
Great for covering micronutrients that we may not get daily from food (although better if they come from it!). Because of the megadoses it contains, I would take it on an ad hoc basis and not as a maintenance supplement; for this function, I think HSN's Two Daily is much better!

It seems to me a very complete product for periods when you need an extra supply of vitamins, such as seasonal changes, etc.. The pills are quite large and cost a little to swallow, although with some liquid I have not had a problem.

Good multivitamin to take all year round for older people and even more so in these times when we need to protect our immune system against the aggressions we are receiving. Very good choice of 240 tablets but I would decrease the size.
