It is for my boy and he says it is one of the best. The downside is that the pills are big and it's hard for him to swallow them, so he has to crush them and it tastes bad.

A good shot of vitamins

I was looking for a multivitamin that was not too expensive and the truth is that this one is great. The pills are not very big, so they are easy to swallow, and the effects are noticeable after a few days, especially when you have been down/tired for a few days and need a boost to your mood.

Estaba buscando un multivitamínico que no fuera excesivamente caro y lo cierto es que éste resulta genial. Las pastillas no son muy grandes, por lo que son fáciles de tragar, y los efectos se notan a los pocos días, sobre todo cuando llevas unos días de bajón/cansancio y necesitas un empujón al ánimo.
