I notice it a lot
I have been taking them for a month now and I have noticed a lot in my day to day life. In fact I have 6 left but I have already bought a new bottle. The only downside is that they are very large (I can not swallow them) and they are bad tasting, but when I wake up what I do is put them in a little finger of water and at breakfast (which are already undone) I take them in one gulp. Highly recommended.
Llevo un mes tomándolas y lo he notado bastante en mi día a día. De hecho me quedan 6 pero ya he comprado un nuevo bote. La única pega que son muy grandes (no puedo tragarlas) y están malas de sabor, pero al despertarme lo que hago es ponerlas en un dedito de agua y al desayunar (que ya están deshechas) me las tomo de un trago. Muy recomendado.
