Complete multivitamin
I got them as a gift and so far I notice a little push and even more so now in spring. The size is quite large and the smell does not go with it, at least it is only one a day.

Very complete
This one was given to me as a gift with my purchase and I am really happy because it contains many vitamins that the thyroid needs for its proper function, it also contains many B vitamins, biotin and even chromium for sugar control as I have insulin resistance. In general I am happy with how complete it is!
