I am delighted with them.

Soon after I started taking them I noticed their effect, I have more energy, lately I felt quite tired and I am very happy with them. The only thing I find strange is the color of the urine that changes when I take them. I imagine that it is due to some of its components.

Al poco de empezar a tomarlas ya note su efecto, tengo más energía, últimamente me sentía bastante cansada y estoy muy contenta con ellas. Lo único que se me hace raro, es el color de la orina que cambia cuando las tomo. Imagino que será debido a alguno de sus componentes.

I take it especially on the days of menstruation and after, I like it for its iron content. The tablets are quite large.

Surprising

The nutritionist recommended some vitamins and I chose these and they are inexpensive compared to other brands but just as effective, the smell is a little peculiar, some people dislike them.

El nutricionista me recomendo unas vitaminas elegi estas y acerte son economicas comparadas con otras marcas pero igual de efectivas el olor es un poco peculiar algunas personas le desagrada.

Good product, it does not contain large doses of vitamins etc. but it makes up for many deficiencies.

Buen producto, no contiene unas dosis grandes de vitaminas etc pero suple bastantes carencias.
