Adequate vitamin complex
At certain times of the year, being asthmatic, I usually take vitamins to prevent the lowering of defenses due to seasonal changes and fatigue. I really liked these vitamins and I found them useful, if anything I would improve their smell. Even so, they fulfill their function and I have returned to repeat.

I really like this multi, it is very complete and also brings a good dose of vitamin D3 which is something that almost all multivitamins lack. For constructive criticism I would say that I would have liked to have more magnesium and to include vitamin K2 instead of K1, because of its greater bioavailability (due to the amount of vitamin D3 it is necessary to combine it with K2). As for the effectiveness, yes I have noticed it, less colds and more vitality in general since I have been taking it. I will repeat but I hope they don't raise the prices as they are doing with almost everything lately in HSN.
Me gusta mucho este multi, es muy completo y además trae una buena dosis de vitamina D3 que es algo de lo que adolecen casi todos los multivitamínicos. Por hacer una critica constructiva diría que me hubiera gustado que pusieran más cantidad de magnesio y que incluyera la vitamina K2 en vez de la K1, por su mayor biodisponibilidad (por la cantidad de vit.D3 se hace necesaria combinarla con K2). En cuanto a la efectividad, sí que lo he notado, menos resfriados y más vitalidad en general desde que lo tomo. Repetiré pero espero que no suban los precios como están haciendo como con casi todo últimamente en HSN.
