I bought them for my mother because she is always very reluctant to take a lot of pills and with this multivitamin she has almost all the vitamins and minerals she needs, although in smaller quantities than if she took them separately, but at least she has them all in one and it is much more convenient for her. At the moment, although she has only been taking them for a few days, she is quite happy and she feels a little more energetic.
Las compré para mi madre porque siempre es muy reacia a tomarse muchas pastillas y con este multivitamínico tiene casi todas las vitaminas y minerales que necesita aunque sea en menor cantidad que si los consumiera por separado pero al menos lo tiene todo en uno y es mucho más cómodo para ella. De momento, aunque lleva pocos días tomándolas, está bastante contenta y se nota con un poco más de energía.

In my house about 7 or 8 months ago we have changed our way of life to healthy and balanced food and a lot of sport (7/7). With these changes we have lost a lot of weight (my husband, my daughter, who is also an adult, and me). And although our clinical analyses have been favorable, we have decided to supplement ourselves with these vitamins, my daughter and I, because our hair falls out a lot, we have brittle nails and because of the irregularities with the period (I am in climacteric and she presents irregularities of the period). Besides the vitamins we also take magnesium glycinate and omega 3. Our sports performance is improving, and I have the feeling that the quality of our hair and nails is also improving. At the beginning I thought that only with a balanced diet with high nutritional density and low caloric density I would have everything covered, but either we were missing some micronutrients or our body was not absorbing them efficiently from the diet.
En mi casa hará unos 7 o 8 meses nos hemos cambiado nuestro modo de vida a comida sana y equilibrada y mucho deporte (7/7). Con esos cambios hemos perdido mucho peso (mi marido, mi hija, que también adulta, y yo). Y aunque nuestros análisis clínicos han sido favorables, hemos decido suplementarnos con esas vitaminas, mi hija y yo, porque nuestro pelo se cae mucho, tenemos las uñas frágiles y por los desarreglos con la regla (estoy en climaterio y ella presenta irregularidades del período). A parte de las vitaminas también tomamos el glicinato de magnesio y omega 3. Nuestro rendimiento deportivo está mejorando, y tengo la sensación que la calidad de nuestros cabellos y uñas también. Al principio pensaba que solo con una alimentación equilibrada con alta densidad nutricional y baja densidad calórica tendría todo cubierto, pero o nos hacían falta algunos micronutrientes o nuestro organismo no los absorbía de manera eficiente desde la dieta.
