It is a good product but requires respect

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. It is an extremely expansive fiber that tends to absorb water in large quantities and if it is consumed a lot it is necessary to drink a lot of liquid. It is true that it reduces the glycemic index, but this must be controlled. It could even be useful to reduce weight, but this with patience, without excesses.

La dosis recomendada diaria no se debe sobrepasar. Es una fibra extremadamente expansiva que suele absorber agua en grandes cantidades y si se consume mucho hay que tomar mucho líquido. SI que es cierto que reduce el índice glucémico, pero si que esto debe ser de forma controlada. Incluso podría ser útil para reducir peso, pero esto con paciencia, sin excesos.

I was expecting more effect but it's fine

I did not buy this product to lose weight, nor to satiate myself, but because of a transit problem I have, and for that the effectiveness has been less than I expected. I have taken better products for that, but well, this one works and has the advantage of being easier to dissolve and more pleasant to take. I find it a bit expensive but compared to other brands the HSN one is downright cheap. It could also dissolve better but I'm not complaining, the truth is that it dissolves better than I expected. I don't think I will repeat but it is not a bad product at all.

No compré este producto para perder peso, ni saciarme, sino por un problema de tránsito que tengo, y para eso la efectividad ha sido menor a la que esperaba. He tomado productos mejores para eso, pero bueno, este funciona y tiene la ventaja de que es más sencillo de disolver y más agradable de tomar. Me parece algo caro pero comparado con otras marcas el de HSN es francamente barato. También podría disolverse mejor pero no me quejo, la verdad es que se disuelve mejor de lo que esperaba. No creo que repita pero no es un mal producto en absoluto.
