Soy lecithin granules

At the top!!!

I take 2g in the morning and 2g in the evening. High quality product with a wide range of benefits on the body, notably digestion and fat emulsion. On the other hand, to put in the cold after each use and to close again well to avoid its oxidation and that it sticks with the heat. Excellent product.

Excellent produit.

Excellent

Great flavor even eating it straight from the scoop, similar flavor to cashews but milder. Very good levels of phospholipids.

Good leccitine

I mix it with other ingredients, such as ginger powder, culcuma, ect, to enhance the effects of these roots.

Soft breads

I use it for gluten-free bread doughs, and it makes it more tender, and also makes it last longer.
