I prefer dicafein malate

I do better with other pre-workouts that don't give me a downer...like dicafein malate or Evoburn.

Very useful pre-workout

I like the blackcurrant flavor they have, it's perfect to combine with my pre-workout shakes, with red berries. I like the combination of active ingredients geared to increase nitric oxide concentration, and the addition of caffeine, beta alanine and creatine makes things very easy.
