I think it is super necessary to remember the importance of adding fiber content to our protein shakes, for its effects per se and because they slow down the insulin spikes that are also able to generate a consumption of amino acids or proteins rapidly absorbed from the shakes, and this seemed to me a very good choice within HSN. The flavor it brings is little and not sweet but it camouflages well.
Creo súper necesario recordar la importancia de añadir contenido en fibra a nuestros batidos de proteína, por sus efectos per sé y porque ralentizan los picos de insulina que también son capaces de generar un consumo de aminoácidos o proteínas de absorción rápida de los batidos, y esta me pareció una muy buena opción dentro de HSN. El sabor que aporta es poco y no es dulce pero se camufla bien.
