I've always had constipation problems and I've tried everything besides putting in kiwis, fruits and vegetables every day. Chia, bran, psyllium, probiotics... it all helps but nothing is quite enough. With magnesium I have found something that gives me regularity, without cramps or runs to the bathroom.
