Magnesium citrate powder
Good product, but I'll take the glycinate.
For me, glycinate absorbs much better, especially if it is Albion glycinate, although this one is not bad for the price.

Essential
Since I discovered it, about 4 years ago, it is a must-have. I always buy it here. I don't know the differences between the different types of magnesium. For those who have not tried it: it improves your mood, promotes physical recovery and if you have constipation, it will change your life (take to tolerance, everyone has their own dose).

Well
If you find it hard to drink something that stays sandy in your mouth, this is not the product for you... But if this does not cause you discomfort, take it before going to bed and it is great to sleep and recover well all the muscular work. I take it only with water.

Perfect
I bought it in powder form to make my own capsules and to be able to put it with other supplements in my recovery drink... It really doesn't dissolve well, but for me it's not a problem since I shake my bottle just before drinking so the product is in suspension...

Magnesium citrate powder
Good dissolution
I put it in the protein shake. My goal is to help the intestinal transit, but as I take so many things for that, I would not know how effective it is.
