I have been taking magnesium for years and have escaped from deformed fingers and various pains. In citrate it is easy and quick to take and much more pleasant than in chloride. The container is a little complicated to remove the product, especially when it is running out, but I change it to a clean glass bottle and carefully peel off the label, stick it to the bottle and it's fine.
Llevo tomando magnesio desde hace años y me he escapado de la deformación de los dedos y dolores varios. En citrato es fácil y rápido de tomar y mucho más agradable que en cloruro. El envase es un poco complicado para sacar el producto, sobre todo cuando se está acabando, pero yo lo cambio a un bote limpio de cristal y con cuidado le despego la etiqueta, y se la pego al bote y arreglado.

Unpleasant to drink
I liked it because it is magnesium with no additives but it does not dissolve so in powder form it is not pleasant to take.
Me gustó porque es magnesio sin añadidos pero no se disuelve por lo que en formato polvo no es nada agradable de tomar.

El magnesio, aunque se presente en forma de sales (como el citrato) que mejoran su solubilidad, no forma mezclas homogéneas con el agua, sino que se suspende, dejando las partículas "flotando" en el medio.
Si se consume inmediatamente después de remover la mezcla, el magnesio no se sedimenta, y las partículas en suspensión no son perceptibles al gusto.
