The taste is not neutral, it has an aftertaste that is hard to get used to, but the worst thing is that it does not dissolve well, there is some residue in the form of small pebbles, which if it enters your mouth, it makes you very bitter. Utilizo magnesio desde hace muchos años, es fundamental para unas cuantas funciones en el cuerpo. Decidí comprarlo en polvo para no tener que tomar tantas pastillas y tomarlo junto con el resto de suplementos que consumo en polvo. El sabor no es neutro, tiene un regustillo que cuesta acostumbrarse, pero lo peor es que no se acaba de disolver bien, queda algo de poso en forma de pequeñas piedrecitas, que si te entra en la boca, te amarga mucho. Si lo tomas junto con un batido de mas cosas, quizás eso no sea un problema, pero si lo bebes en un vaso de agua no. No repetiré.

El magnesio, aunque se presente en forma de sales (como el citrato) que mejoran su solubilidad, no forma mezclas homogéneas con el agua, si no que se suspende, dejando las partículas "flotando" en el medio. Si se consume inmediatamente después de remover la mezcla, el magnesio no sedimenta, y las partículas en suspensión no son perceptibles al gusto.
