Magnesium citrate powder
Excellent in theintra-workout
I put it inintraworkout along with potassium citrate to get the right amount of minerals I need. I advise everyone to get a precision balance. I advise everyone to use the product because it is cheaper in the long run than pre-packaged electrolyte and salt formulas, and the magnesium present is in a highly bioavailable form.

Magnesium citrate powder
Does not dissolve
I do not recommend this magnesium citrate because it does not dissolve well, which is the first fundamental requirement that a powdered supplement must meet. I will not buy it again. I always buy on this same website another magnesium citrate powder of another brand.

Magnesium citrate powder
Very pleased with this product.
The powder is very fine, tastes like nothing, dissolves very easily in water and I suppose that improves its absorption. It would be necessary to improve the way to measure the daily dose when taking the product.

Magnesium
I have started to take it in powder form, it is difficult to dissolve, there is a grit at the end, it has no taste, I eat it with yogurt, vitamins are always good. I will switch to pills.
Me cambiaré a pastillas.

Magnesium citrate powder
Very good and economical product
Good regulator of the nervous system and inflammation. The only drawback in the long term would be the chelating capacity of citrate with respect to other essential minerals. But you would have to take doses above what is recommended in the long term.
