I have been taking magnesium for years and have escaped from deformed fingers and various pains. In citrate it is easy and quick to take and much more pleasant than in chloride. The container is a little complicated to remove the product, especially when it is running out, but I change it to a clean glass bottle and carefully peel off the label, stick it to the bottle and it's fine.
