Quite satiating sequential protein (chocolate flavor). I recommend mixing with plenty of water so that no lumps form at the bottom of the shaker.

Good choice, better vanilla flavor
I liked it, it is very smooth, the vanilla flavor is the one I liked the most because it is not particularly sweet. You can tell it doesn't fill you up as suddenly as other proteins.
