Despite the presence of casein as an ingredient, it has good dissolution. Used at breakfast together with oat flakes. This breakfast allows to last three hours without hunger. I recommend asking for cookie flavor; although it is not very successful, it allows the addition of cocoa or coffee and makes breakfast less boring.

I bought Evopro because the flavor I usually take in Evolate was out of stock and I have to say that these have a sandy touch that Evolate does not, otherwise they are almost identical but I mix it with water and the difference is very noticeable, but the taste is just as good.
