Good option

I usually mix it with casein and almond, rice or oat drink, since it is hard for me to gain weight, sometimes I take it before bedtime or as a snack, when I run out of ideas or I don't have time to prepare something.

La suelo mezclar con caseína y bebida de almendra, arroz o avena , ya que me cuesta ganar peso, a veces la tomo antes de dormir o como merienda , cuando se me acaban las ideas o no tengo tiempo, para prepararme algo.

Spectacular flavor

For me the best thing has been the flavor it has. It is very sweet in itself. It dissolves very easily and leaves no lumps.

My diet is low carb and I usually use this product, it is very good value for money. And it goes a lot and I don't have to buy it, the only thing is that I don't like the packaging and I change it to a glass jar.

Puedes hacer muchas recetas dulces y saldadas sin usar harinas y darle extra de prote a tu receta. Me encanta. El envase podría mejorar porque el zip a veces se rompe y otras no cierra bien.
