I am vegan and I take two capsules a night of methionine along with two capsules of tryptophan to get all the essential amino acids right. I get the dose of lysine with soy shakes and food but with methionine and tryptophan I was always short. Now the problem is over :))

Soy vegano y tomo dos cápsulas a la noche de metionina junto a otras dos de triptófano para tener bien todos los aminoácidos esenciales. La dosis de lisina la consigo con los batidos de soja y la alimentación pero con la metionina y el triptófano siempre andaba corto. Ahora se acabó el problema :))

Although it doesn't smell good (even though it's in capsules), the cost-benefit is excellent, it lasts a long time, helps with detoxification but is also great for supplementing pea protein (which is usually poorer in this amino acid).
