Es una alternativa sana para aquellas personas que quieren añadir saciedad a su dieta, con algo más de nutrientes y menos cantidad de azúcar que las alternativas.
Eso sí, no es la panacea. Al fin y al cabo si comes con vicio engordarás igual.
Lo digo porque se lo regalé a un familiar y se sacó como 70g directamente sobre una rebanada de pan y eso no deja de engordar de la misma forma que si fuese las clásicas cremas azucaradas.
Y si eres deportista, comes responsablemente y te gustaría añadir algo palatable y sencillo a tu dieta, está muy bien
