At first I was reluctant about the effectiveness of this product. Being a nootropic, sometimes you have to give it time to take effect. Al principio me mostraba reticente en tanto a la efectividad de este producto. Al ser un nootropo, a veces hay que darle tiempo en que haga efecto. Yo me tomo una cápsula por la noche y me gusta especialmente esta de Shoden, que es con la que he notado más efectos. Al primcipio (a lo mejor es casualidad u otros factores), me notaba un poco más cansado. Pero cuando llevas 2-3 semanas usándola, notas un mayor descanso, concilias mejor el sueño, combate bastante el estrés diario y te levantas con bastante energía. Muy satisfecho
