Stomach discomfort

Both my partner and I have tried it and we both have the same opinion. He started taking it and after a few weeks of taking it daily, he stopped taking it because it did not sit well with his stomach. He had reflux and a feeling of stomach inflammation. When he stopped taking them, I started taking them myself to see if these sensations were just personal and a few days after taking them, the exact same thing happened to me. We have taken other brands with less concentration and we have had no problems whatsoever.

Tanto mi pareja como yo la hemos probado y los dos tenemos la misma opinión. Empezó a tomarla él y a las semanas de estar tomándola diariamente las dejo porque no le sentaba bien estomacalmente. Sentía reflujo y sensación de inflamación estomacal. Cuando las dejó, empecé a tomarlas yo para saber si esas sensaciones eran solo personales y a los pocos días de estar tomándolas, me pasó exactamente lo mismo. Hemos tomado otras marcas con menos concentración y no hemos tenido problema ninguno

Its adaptogenic effect is noticeable. It gives poise and dominance but without the excitement of caffeine. I prefer this one to the less concentrated 8:1 presentation. With a daily intake you fulfill the purpose.

I have to say that after three days and having tried other patents of Ashwagandha (KSM-66 and Sensoril) I have to say that if you are looking for the most sedative effect of the three this is yours, much more quality of sleep (more vivid dreams) and wake up more rested, I'm taking half a capsule before bedtime and half in the morning, at night I combine it with GABA and Glycine.

Tengo que decir que después de tres días y de haber probado otras patentes de Ashwagandha (KSM-66 y Sensoril) tengo que decir que si lo que buscas es el efecto mas sedante de las tres está es la tuya, mucha más calidad de sueño(sueños mas vividos) y despertar mas descansado, estoy tomando media capsula antes de acostarme y media a la mañana , a la noche la combino junto con GABA y Glicina.
