Very good option
I came from taking meat proteins because the milk or egg ones didn't agree with me...I tried these and the texture is a little worse than the meat ones if you take them alone, but whipped with a banana or something similar they are great. They have also been very good for me, so I'm very happy with them.
Venía de tomar proteínas de carne porque las de leche o huevo no me sentaban del todo bien...probé estas y la textura es un poco peor que las de carne si las tomas solas, pero batidas con un plátano o algo similar quedan genial. Además me han sentado muy bien, así que muy contento con ellas.

My weekly whim
I love it, the vanilla caramel flavor is a sweetness worth enjoying after a workout in the pool. It helps me recover very well after I finish my workout. I don't abuse this format because it contains sweeteners and I prefer something more pure and natural for my day to day life but a couple of shakes a week always works.
