Very good

I find it a very good vegetable protein. I have tried the flavors: vanilla-caramel, strawberry and chocolate, and the one I like the most is the chocolate one because I digest it better; the other two are a little repetitive throughout the day.

Complete

I decided to buy this one to test the mixture and found that it is very complete including B12, iron and leucine. I chose chocolate flavor and I have to say that I like the chocolate flavor of the soy protein, in this one I notice more the flavor of the vegetable proteins that it contains, but it is still not unpleasant and it dilutes well.

Decidí comprar esta para probar la mezcla y al comprobar que es muy completa incluyendo B12, hierro y leucina. Elegí sabor chocolate y he de decir que me gusta más el sabor chocolate de la proteína de soja, en esta noto más el sabor de las proteínas vegetales que lo lleva, pero sigue sin ser desagradable y se diluye bien.

If you take it with the new chocolate rice cream, you get a post/pre-workout porridge with an incredible texture and taste. The taste is not as good as whey but... miracles to Lurdes!

Good

I really like the taste of the strawberry ones. I also have chocolate ones, but I haven't tried them yet. I take them in the morning to break my fast and combine them with a little bit of nuts. They taste very good and do not make me gastric intolerance. They are very good for me. As for effectiveness I do not know exactly because I take them as a complement to everything, not just for training.

Me gusta mucho el sabor de las de fresa. Tengo también de chocolate, pero aún no las he probado. Me las tomo por la mañana para romper mi ayuno y las combino con un poquito de frutos secos. De sabor están muy buenas y no me hace intolerancia gástrica. Me sientan muy bien. En cuanto a efectividad no lo sé exactamente ya que yo me las tomo como un complemento de todo, no solo por entrenos.
