Good

I tried the vanilla caramel one and it tasted very good. Maybe too sweet. What I can't get used to is the texture of the vegan prot, although this one is much better than others. The digestion is great.

Good protein but undrinkable e

It seems to me that nutritionally it is exactly what I was looking for, I have some food intolerances and I can not take whey protein, I bought strawberry and chocolate flavor by the ratings of other users and I must say that they are very bad, they are too sweet and have a taste too intense for me, especially the strawberry, and that I'm not a chocolate lover, I have to drink them without breathing and in one go. I don't think I will buy them again when I finish them if I can. I'm not used to taking sugar or very sweet things and I found these shakes quite unpleasant because of the sweetness.

Me parece que nutricionalmente es exactamente lo que andaba buscando, tengo algunas intolerancias alimentarias y no puedo tomar whey protein, he comprado sabor fresa y chocolate por las valoraciones de los otros usuarios y debo decir que están malísimos, están demasiado dulces y tienen un sabor demasiado intenso para mi, especialmente el de fresa, y eso que no soy amante del chocolate, me los tengo beber sin respirar y de un golpe. No creo que los vuelva a comprar cuando los acabe si es que puedo. No acostumbro a tomar azúcar ni cosas muy dulces y estos batidos me han parecido bastante desagradables debido al dulzor.

Perfect for fodmap intolerance

It is a perfect protein for those who are intolerant to FODMAPs. After each workout whether it is Running or HIT it works very well for muscle recovery. I recommend it, the strawberry flavor is pleasant even if you mix it with another fruit such as banana or pineapple.
