I love this product.
These bars are delicious. There is no doubt that they are equivalent to a meal. Sometimes I add a half depending on what meal I eat, or at snack time. I don't eat them every day, but I add half or one depending on my needs. Sometimes I take it with me when I don't know if I'm going to eat at a normal time just in case.
Estás barritas están deliciosas. No hay dudas de que equivalen a una comida. A veces añado media según qué comida tomo, o en la merienda. No la consumo a diario, sino que aporto media o una dependiendo de mis necesidades. A veces la llevo cuando no sé si llego a comer a una hora normal por si acaso.

Cocoa flavor. Great snack for a quick protein break. The flavor is pleasant. Undoubtedly they are industrial products with added sugars such as sweeteners so enjoy them but in moderation.
