Very good for cravings!
I carry the chocolate bar in my backpack only in case of emergency, for example if I get stuck in the elevator and I'm there for 3 hours and I have no protein to feed my muscles or if I forget the shaker of your protein. But to eat it always takes a lot of carbohydrates in small intake.
Yo la barrita de chocolate la llevo en la mochila solo cuando sea en caso de emergencia, por ejemplo si se me encierra el ascensor y estoy ahí 3h y no tengo proteína para alimentar a mis músculos o si se me olvida el shaker de vuestra proteína. Pero para comerlo siempre lleva muchos carbohidratos en pequeña toma.
