Good option as a snack or for outings
I alternate these bars with the Paleobar bars in my very long trail running runs to mitigate a little muscle wasting (these have much more protein than the others). The taste is quite good and provide enough complex carbohydrates that will give us that boost of energy that we sometimes need. The price is quite adjusted.
Alterno estas barritas junto a las paleobar en mis tiradas muy largas de trail running para mitigar un poco el desgaste muscular (estas tienen bastante más proteína que las otras). El sabor está bastante bien y aportan bastantes hidratos complejos que nos darán ese impulso de energía que a veces necesitamos. El precio está bastante ajustado.

Good, but I prefer others
It's not bad at all, but I'm not convinced by the texture. What I like the most is that it is not excessively sweet. It is quite satiating. More than half of a trip is heavy for me. Easy to carry with you, it can get you out of a hurry in a moment of hunger.
