I tried it for only two weeks to compare it with the melatonin I have been taking for months. To be honest, I didn't notice any change or different effect on the quality of my sleep, so I have continued with my usual HSN melatonin of course.

Against insomnia
I have been suffering from insomnia for some time. I am taking this product, along with Aswhaganda and Magnesium Bisciglinate. I have to take it longer, but I already feel that I can be sleeping more than two hours at a time some nights. I am sure that by taking it longer, I will feel its effects more.
