I tried the product because of a specific problem with my fingernails, which started to separate in layers, strange because luckily I always have them strong and they grow well. Comfortable to drink
I take lysine as a preventive for cold sores. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but I think it does something. I used to take it in powder form but I find this format more convenient. Easy to swallow. It has no taste.
Tomo lisina como preventivo del herpes simple labial. A veces me hace efecto y a veces no, pero creo que algo hace. Antes lo tomaba en polvo pero la verdad que me resulta más cómodo este formato. Fácil de tragar. No tiene sabor.
