Very good pre-workout
You gain a lot of endurance in training, more strength and enough effective time to do your full workout.

Quality and effective
Since I've been taking it for training, my performance has improved and I get less tired. Very tasty, perhaps a little too sweet for my taste. Highly recommended if you practice sports.

Great
It is very noticeable when training and the watermelon flavor is quite good, I do not dislike taking it, I will buy it again.

Essential for training
For me it has become a must for training, it gives me energy and helps me drink more water. I don't use it as thick as indicated in the instructions. Sweet taste, you get used to it.
