I like to use it before training as I feel more energized and less fatigued. The fruit punch flavor is very good.

Good product
I don't usually take pre-workouts except on days when I feel less inclined to train. I've used this one on the way to the gym and until the warm-up, I think it's an interesting option as it's not a pre-workout and offers more possibilities for training when we arrive without having eaten enough or on days when we're running out of time and feeling sluggish.
No suelo tomar pre entrenos salvo días que me noto con menos ganas de entrenar. Éste lo he usado de camino al gym y hasta el calentamiento, creo que es una opción interesante al no ser un pre entreno al uso y ofrecer más posibilidades para entrenos que llegamos sin haber comido lo suficiente o días que vamos mal de tiempo y desganados.

Good pre-training
The product is excellent. As a curiosity I noticed that the palms of my hands itched a little after taking it. I noticed a greater vascularization and a feeling of greater energy. The taste, without being that of currant to my taste, does not seem bad to me. I took it before training and continued to take it for the duration of the workout. I highly recommend it.

The taste is blackcurrant, very tasty. Excellent product, I used to take another brand but I bought this one to try and I love it! I use it to work out and sometimes for work and it works well.

It is very noticeable.
I had to do the 400m race for my invigilator exam. I was asked for a race time and truth be told I was coming in very tight and sometimes I didn't get it in training, I took it 30 minutes before the big day and made it with 15 seconds off my time, and I only took a little bit. I recommend it if you want that extra push.

The best.
This pre-workout seems to me one of the best I've tried, the effect is quite long in time so it allows you to make quite complete workouts at maximum level. The dissolution is perhaps the worst, but the flavors (orange and red bull) are quite good and the result is worth it.
