Right away I have to say that the Fruit Punch flavor was very good, it's a flavor that's sweet but quite pleasant. I've used this one on the way to the gym and until the warm-up, I think it's an interesting option as it's not a pre-workout and offers more possibilities for training when we arrive without having eaten enough or on days when we're running out of time and feeling sluggish.
