Excellent

I use it to supplement protein sources that lack this amino acid to be complete, such as rice, pasta.

L-lysine 500mg

Excellent value for money

I have been taking it for some time because lysine is involved in many bodily functions, such as the formation of collagen, a key component of skin, bones, tendons and cartilage. It is also necessary for the formation of antibodies, which are essential for the body's defense against infections.

I was surprised

I bought it initially for its effect on muscle recovery but after reading a bit I have discovered that it has a lot of benefits. Also, when I take it I feel a sense of calmness. I didn't know that it also helps with stress and anxiety. Fantastic buy, very easy to take. I will repeat.

The first I have tried in capsule

This is the first time I have taken lysine in capsule form and I like and find the format convenient. I can take it anywhere. It's great.
