The capsules had a great effect on me, but the powder I am not noticing it as much, to prevent infections. I don't know if it is because, although the daily dose is the same, in powder it would take more to be equivalent. Las cápsulas me hicieron muchísimo efecto, pero el polvo no lo estoy notando tanto, para prevenir infecciones. No sé si es porque, aunque la dosis diaria es la misma, en polvo haría falta más para ser equivalente. En otros compuestos sí se que es así, no sé si sucede lo mismo con este, pero la realidad es que no lo estoy notando tan efectivo y voy a volver a comprar las cápsulas para comprobarlo.

It seems effective.
I didn't take it for myself but the person who did took it said he was fine with it. Two teaspoons a day in a glass of water, dissolves immediately, has a very slight and pleasant sweet taste. On the efficacy it is perhaps too early to pronounce.
