The capsules had a great effect on me, but the powder I am not noticing it as much, to prevent infections. I don't know if it is because, although the daily dose is the same, in powder it would take more to be equivalent. In other compounds I know it is like that, I don't know if it is the same with this one, but the reality is that I am not noticing it as effective and I am going to buy the capsules again to check it.
